Fall Brook Trout

This spectacular 14" brook trout was caught and released in West Harbor Pond November 13th, 2011 by 13yr old Doug Steinmetz. Known primarily for bass, it is rare to land a trout in West Harbor Pond although occasionally rainbows have been caught through the ice. Doug used small gold spinner with a trailing fly to hook the trout. Could this this be a Knickerbocker brookie that traveled through the stream to WHP?
